Can I split my order?
Yes, you can split your order into multiple colors without an additional charge.
How many characters can you have on a wristband?
The total amount of characters should not exceed over 40 characters. If it is over 40, we will try to fit your message on the wristband as best as possible.
Can I mix wristband sizes on my order?
You cannot order multiple sizes at the discount price. For example, if you order 500 youth size wristbands and 500 adult size wristbands you will be paying the 500 bracelet price not the combined 1000.
What are you normal turnaround times?
Our turnaround times vary depending on the size of the order, but the print time is usually 7-15 working days. Please note that you have to add an additional 4 to 6 days for transit time.
