Open Account Credit Policy - USA

ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS of Tustin, California extends credit to established firms. A current credit application is required for all firms doing business with ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS. At the discretion of ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS, a credit application may need to be updated yearly. It is our normal policy to ship first orders via credit card purchases.

ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS requires a hard copy Purchase Order or email confirmation of items ordered to process any open account order that is not completed online. Verbal orders are no longer processed.

ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS will ship to all firms via credit card and/or checks by mail if the checks arrive in time to clear the bank prior to shipment that do not offer a completed credit application, or for firms that do not meet our credit requirements. In normal circumstances, two weeks are required for an account to be opened from the date of receipt of a completed credit application and shipment of the first order.

Our terms are NET 30 DAYS from invoice date. will not accept orders for products from any account that is 60+ days due, until the account is paid in full, or from any account that has refused shipments.

ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS will place an account on a permanent CREDIT CARD / CASH / CERTIFIED CHECK PRIOR TO ORDER basis which pays with a NOT SUFFICIENT FUNDS check.

MINIMUM AMOUNT OF ORDERS: Open Account INTERNET orders must be a minimum of $85.00 and phone/fax/mail Open Account orders must be a minimum of $150.00.

ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS reserves the right to update, revise, change, cancel or otherwise alter this document or statements, at our discretion, with notice of 30 (thirty) days given to all open accounts.

ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS will contact all your credit references and other credit reporting agencies for consideration of an open account status.

BY FILLING IN AND RETURNING THE CREDIT APPLICATION FOR CONSIDERATION OF AN OPEN ACCOUNT WITH ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO OUR CREDIT TERMS AS INDICATED ABOVE AND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHEET WHICH IS PART OF OUR CREDIT APPLICATION.
