Production Times:

Delivery times vary depending on product, time of year and current back log. As a rule of thumb, we make every effort to retain our 99% on-time delivery success rate.

Stock Products – ship within 1-2 business days

Custom Products that are created online:

  • Wristbands: 10-15 working days
  • Roll Tickets: 15-25 working days
  • Event Tickets
    • FastPrint Security Reserved or General Admission: 1-5 working days
    • Economy Admission Tickets or Passes: 1-5 working days
    • 4 Color Tickets: 3-10 working days
  • Raffle Tickets
    • Loose: 1-5 working days
    • Books: 3-10 working days
  • Coat Checks
    • Loose: 1-5 working days
  • Gift Certificates:
    • Black & White: 1-5 working days
    • 4 Color: 3-10 working days
  • 4 Color Tickets, Laminated Badges, Raffle Tickets: 3-6 working days

Delivery Times:

We try and ship most of our products from one of our Southern California manufacturing facilities. See the UPS delivery time zone chart by clicking here.

Methods of Shipment: We ship via several different options. The most common are UPS Ground, FedEx next day and 2nd day. All options are available online through a drop down menu when you check out.

Is “Will Call” available? Yes, arranging the “Will Call” time with a Customer Service Representative would have to be arranged when placing your order. Handling charges would still apply. Shipping charges would be reversed and credited back.

Leave my package at the door.
If you would like the driver to leave your products at your door (for example, "on front steps"), please to fill out the Driver Release Agreement. The driver must take this as proof of authorization. If you do not post a Driver Release Agreement, the driver will decide whether or not to leave the order unattended.

If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the local delivery center and another attempt will be made at your expense.
