Open Account Credit Policy - USA
ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS may extend credit to public schools, government agencies and established firms. A current credit application is required for all firms who maintain an open account with ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS. At the discretion of ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS, a credit application may need to be updated yearly. It is our normal policy to ship first orders with a payment by credit card.
A purchase order is required for any open account order. For orders completed online, simply include the PO number at checkout. For phone and mail orders, a signed copy of the PO must be provided.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your credit application to be processed. All information must be completed in full or the application will not be processed. Admit One Products reserves the right to grant or deny credit based solely on our discretion.
Our terms are NET 15 DAYS from invoice date. A 1.5% per month finance charge will be assessed for any account outstanding over 30 days.
Any account that is past due may be closed to further purchases.
Any account that is paid with a Not Sufficient Funds Check will be immediately closed, assessed a $50 returned check fee and future orders will be on a credit card or cash/money order basis.
Open account orders must be a minimum of $300.00, except for schools and government agencies.
ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS reserves the right to update, revise, change, cancel or otherwise alter this document or statement, at our discretion, with notice of 30 (thirty) days given to all open accounts.
BY FILLING IN AND RETURNING THE CREDIT APPLICATION FOR CONSIDERATION OF AN OPEN ACCOUNT WITH ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO OUR CREDIT TERMS AS INDICATED ABOVE AND AUTHORIZE ADMIT ONE PRODUCTS TO CONTACT ALL OF YOUR TRADE REFERENCES, BANK AND OTHER CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES.
