Follow our simple steps below to process your online order. Use the "Show Proof" button to see each change.
Please create an account and venue first so that you can apply it to the reserve seat event ticket You are not currently logged into your account
To create a reserve seat ticket, you need to:
1. Create an account to save your venue information.
2. Read how to create and upload a venue Excel CSV file here
3. Create and upload the file.
4. Return here to make the ticket.
Once you have a venue recorded you can just log in and create tickets whenever you wish

STEP 4: CHOOSE A CLIPART IMAGE OR UPLOAD AN IMAGE FILE

Click "Browse" to select a file from your computer to upload onto your ticket. Once you hit "Upload" you will see the image appear on your proof above. Be sure to choose a high quality image in a reasonable size (300dpi is best). If you send a tiny image, it will print blurry and pixelated on our press.

Trademark Note We cannot print any trademarked images or logos without permission from the original owner. We reserve the right to contact you and request written permission from the owner before we proceed to production.

STEP 6: CHOOSE VENUE AND PUT UP OPTIONS

i. Venue

You need to be logged in to create a reserve seat or variable text ticket. This is because your venue list is part of your account. Please log in, then return to this ticket via the "Your Custom Items" link on the right nav bar. If you have not yet set up a venue, you should do that within "Your Account" before creating a ticket.

ii. Put Up

You can choose from 2 different put up options: Loose (no extra charge), or Gummed in pads ($0.39 per pad). Minimum charge for gummed tickets is $20.00 per order.

Note about booked tickets: We gum all booked Photo Tickets at the top. When choosing gummed put up, your total quantity must evenly match the number chosen for the books. Our system will automatically adjust the quantity up slightly if necessary to match your book choice.

iii. Production Time

You can choose either Standard or Rush Production. Please understand that the Production Times listed below are the times it takes to process your order in-house. Shipping Time is in addition to Production Time and will be chosen at Checkout.

Standard Production Times:
  • Loose tickets under 10,000: 3 business days (+ shipping)
  • Loose tickets over 10,000: 5-7 business days (+ shipping)
  • Booked tickets under 10,000: 5-6 business days (+ shipping)
  • Booked tickets over 10,000: 7-8 business days (+ shipping)
Additional time may be needed for quantities over 50,000 tickets or orders with 10+ copy changes.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Making changes to your order after your order has been placed may cause delays in production time. If we need to contact you for any reason regarding your job after your order has been placed, your order may be placed on hold if we do not receive a prompt response.

RUSH Production Times:
If you need your tickets to ship sooner than our standard production times (listed above), we have the following Production Rush options available:
Note: These are rushes on production only and do not include a rush in shipping.
1) "Same Day Rush (Loose) or 3 Day Rush (Booked)" - 50% up charge. Orders must be received before 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time (12:00 P.M. Eastern)
2) "One Day Rush (Loose) or 4 day Rush (booked)" - 35% up charge. Orders must be placed prior to 12:00 PM Pacific Time and will ship the next business day for loose ticket orders or within 5 business days for booked jobs.
3) "Two Day Rush (Loose) or 5 day Rush (booked)" - 10% up charge. Orders must be placed prior to 12:00 PM Pacific Time and will be shipped within two full business days for loose ticket orders and 5 business days for booked jobs.

Rush Charge  

If we cannot meet these rush deadlines due to prior commitments, we will call you to discuss your job immediately. Remember that the times listed above only apply to the in-house production time it takes to process, print, and prepare your tickets for shipping. Your shipping time is in addition to production time and will be chosen at Checkout. We offer Ground, Next Day AM, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping methods.

 
STEP 7: MAKE ANOTHER TICKET OR REVIEW & FINISH

Our online Custom Wizard enables you to add additional copies and/or stock colors to your existing order to take advantage of our quantity tier pricing. (Copy and/or Color changes will apply)  When your order is complete select our "Review & Approve" button below for final order confirmation and your online approval.
