STEP 1: SELECT STOCK TYPE

Stock:
 
Paper core: 80lb Gloss Text: Thinnest and most economical. Still results in a sturdy badge when laminated. (Required for orders over 4,000 badges or for custom dies)

Paper core: 10pt C1S: Card stock that is coated on the front side only. Suggested for badges without backprint or with grayscale backprint.

Paper core: 100lb Gloss Cover: Card stock that is coated on both sides. Best to use for full color printing on both sides.

Paper core: 100lb Gloss Cover with UV: Card stock that has UV ink on the back side to glow under a UV light for better security. Full coverage back printing is not suggested with this stock because it will cover over the UV pattern.

Synthetic core: 5 mil Waterproof: Smooth finish & tear-resistant. Works well for long-term usage or around water environments.

STEP 3: UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK
Select a file from your computer to upload to the server. Be sure to follow the Artwork Requirements listed below to ensure your artwork will fit correctly on the badges. You will likely need to prepare a file with a graphics program. The file should be gray scale or color, and the size should be exactly as listed below in the Artwork Requirements.

Artwork Markers:

 Artwork Bleed Area
Your image must reach the red line to ensure proper trimming.
 Final Cut Line
Anything outside of the blue line will be trimmed off.
 Safe Area
Keep all important information and logos inside the green dotted line.
Artwork Requirements:
- Must be exactly 4.125" Wide x 6.125" Tall
  @300dpi: 1238px x 1838px
  @600dpi: 2475px x 3675px (recommended)
- Must be 300dpi or higher
- Do not include trim marks
Trademark Note We cannot print any trademarked images or logos without permission from the original owner. We reserve the right to contact you and request written permission from the owner before we proceed to production.

STEP 5: CHOOSE QUANTITY AND NUMBERING OPTION

i. Quantity

Enter any quantity in the box below. Note there is a 50 piece minimum order quantity for all badges of the same size. They all can be the same design or you can create another badge to make up the total by choosing "Make Another" when you get to the bottom of the page.

You can choose either Standard or Rush Production. Please understand that the Production Times listed below are the times it takes to process your order in-house. Shipping Time is in addition to Production Time and will be chosen at Checkout.

Standard Production Times:
  • 7 - 8 business days (+ shipping)
Additional time may be needed for quantities over 5,000.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

RUSH Production Times:
If you need your badges sooner than our standard production times, the following rush options are available:
Note: These are rushes on production only and do not include a rush in shipping.
Please call for rushes over 5,000 badges to confirm we can meet your deadline.
1) "2 - 3 Day Rush" - 50% up charge. Orders must be placed prior to 9:00 AM Pacific Time (12:00 PM Eastern) and will ship within 2 to 3 business days.
2) "4 - 5 Day Rush" - 35% up charge. Orders must be placed prior to 9:00 AM Pacific Time (12:00 PM Eastern) and will ship within 4 to 5 business days.
3) "5 - 6 Day Rush" - 10% up charge. Orders must be placed prior to 9:00 AM Pacific Time (12:00 PM Eastern) and will ship within 5 to 6 business days.

Rush Charge  

If we cannot meet these rush deadlines due to prior commitments, we will call you to discuss your job immediately. Remember that the times listed above only apply to the in-house production time it takes to process, print, and prepare your badges for shipping. Your shipping time is in addition to production time and will be chosen at Checkout. We offer Ground, Next Day AM, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping methods.

 
STEP 6: MAKE ANOTHER BADGE OR REVIEW & FINISH

Our online Custom Wizard enables you to add additional copies and/or stock colors to your existing order to take advantage of our quantity tier pricing. (Copy and/or Color changes will apply)  When your order is complete select our "Review & Approve" button below for final order confirmation and your online approval.
