Production Times:

Delivery times vary depending on product, time of year, and current back log. As a rule of thumb, we make every effort to retain our 99% on-time delivery success rate.

Every order includes Production Time and Shipping Time. When combined together, these 2 times will give you your Approximate Delivery Date.  Note: We do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays as business days.

Custom Off-line Products:
(Special orders placed through a Customer Service Representative)

Any orders that are not placed through our website will have longer production times due to the in-house process of creating and proofing the orders. The production time for most off-line custom orders is 10-15 business days after proof approval; however this may vary depending on the product and quantity you are ordering.

Delivery Times:

We ship most of our products from one of our Southern California manufacturing facilities.

Shipping may take anywhere from 1-5 business days to deliver. Rush shipping options are available for selection at Checkout.

Please remember: A rush in shipping does NOT rush your production. To rush production, you must select a rush production option when creating your product.

Tracking Orders:
Please contact us directly for information on delivery times or for tracking a particular existing order.

Will Call:

Will Call Pickup is available for our local customers.

All Will Call orders must be placed online at least 24 hours in advance.
No walk-in orders accepted.

To place a Will Call order, you must first place the items in your cart.  Call us at (714) 442-3888 and we will remove the shipping fee, apply a $5 Will Call fee, and take your payment over the phone.

Your order will be ready for pickup 24 hours after the order has been placed. Orders may only be picked up during the hours listed below.

Monday - Friday
8:30am - 11:30am and
1:30pm - 4:30pm

If possible, we will be happy to fulfill same day rush orders. A $25.00 rush fee and a minimum of 2 hours is required before pickup. Please place your order by following the instructions above.
