Our Two Part Storage Checks are 2-1/8" X 5-1/2" and come with one perforation, an elastic loop, and a metal-reinforced hole for added durability. There are 250 consecutively-numbered checks in each box and are available in 2 neon colors printed on a 110lb Stock.

The Liability on each storage check reads:

"Management is not liable for loss or damage to property stored as a result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence or otherwise, unless it is proven that the loss or damage was caused by willful act or misappropriations on the part of the custodian or employees. If the property is not called for within posted operating hours, the property will be secured until the next day of opening. The property cannot be retrieved while the check area is closed."
